Purpose of the Role
The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility by monitoring and controlling access and responding to suspicious activities. This role is crucial in safeguarding FlySafair’s operations and assets.

Key Responsibilities
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Facility Access Control
- Monitor and control access to and from the FlySafair facility.
- Ensure only authorised personnel, vehicles, and company assets transact on the premises.
- Incident & Disturbance Monitoring
- Stay alert to signs of criminal activity or disturbances.
- Report suspicious incidents or activities to relevant stakeholders.
- General Security Duties
- Patrol facilities and perimeter as necessary.
- Conduct searches of vehicles and goods.
- Assist with miscellaneous security-related tasks as required.
This role demands a proactive approach to security and safety management.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Work Experience: Prior experience in a security role is preferred.
