Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Intern at Cell C, you will be entrusted with various critical tasks across key business divisions, including:
- Support Functions:
- Supporting operational duties within assigned divisions.
- Assisting with data analysis, research, and report compilation.
- Innovative Solutions:
- Contributing to practical solutions for real business challenges.
- Engaging effectively in team workshops and cross-functional meetings.
- Professional Development:
- Keeping a comprehensive log of your learning milestones and work progress.
- Adhering to company values and maintaining confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
A degree in one of the following areas:- IT, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Forensic Science, Forensic Auditing, or Law with a Criminal/Commercial focus.
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or Networking.
- Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or Risk Management.
- Work Experience:
Open to graduates with no prior work experience who have completed or are completing their qualifications in 2025. - Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and certifications, e.g., CISSP, CCNA, SQL, Power BI.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Other Requirements:
Candidates must not be enrolled in any academic programmes in 2026 to ensure full program participation.
