DPSA Circular 39 of 2025 – Civilian Secretariat for Police Service

The Civilian Secretariat for Police Service (CSP) is inviting qualified South African graduates to apply for its 2025–2027 Internship Programme, as advertised in DPSA Circular 39 of 2025. The programme runs for a period of 24 months and is designed to provide work experience to unemployed youth who have completed relevant qualifications in various disciplines.

About the Civilian Secretariat for Police Service

The Civilian Secretariat for Police Service (CSP) operates under the Ministry of Police and supports civilian oversight over the South African Police Service (SAPS). It develops and monitors policing policies, promotes transparency, strengthens community relations, and ensures accountability in law enforcement operations. The department’s internship programme aims to empower young graduates through practical exposure to governance, policy development, and administration.
