The Trainee Real Estate Agent plays a vital role in supporting the operations at Zakeni Realty International. Key Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Agent Trainee, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Property Collection:
- Collect data on properties and canvass new listings for sale.
- Analyze market data to optimize property offerings.
- Property Marketing:
- Organize property photography and staging for client listings.
- Coordinate and participate in show days for potential buyers.
- Valuation & Negotiation:
- Accurately estimate property values and negotiate effectively on behalf of sellers.
- Stakeholder Liaison:
- Work seamlessly with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and fellow agents to ensure streamlined transactions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide expert advice to buyers and sellers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Market Research:
- Keep abreast of market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
This role requires a proactive commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to adapt to market dynamics.
Minimum Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Matric Certificate; NQF level 6 qualification (Degree)
- Work Experience: Experience is beneficial but not obligatory.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Display integrity and trustworthiness.
- Other Requirements:
- Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
- Enrollment in an NQF4 qualification, with a commitment to completing the Professional Designation Examination.
- Ownership of a laptop, smartphone, and a valid driver’s license.
